The AgriVolt Edge

Solar power meets precision farming.

We're not just another irrigation company. We engineer outcomes — solar-powered, water-efficient, data-driven systems that turn African farms into profitable, climate-resilient businesses.

01

Solar-Powered Irrigation

Off-grid solar pumping, hybrid systems, and full solar-irrigation packages for boreholes, rivers, dams, and storage — built for Kenya's sun.

02

Precision Irrigation

Drip systems, sprinklers, fertigation, and smallholder kits — fully designed, supplied, installed, and commissioned by our team.

03

Greenhouse Projects

Turnkey greenhouse delivery — structures, climate control, fertigation, and crop planning for high-value horticulture.

04

Farmer Training

Hands-on education in water-efficient farming, soil health, regenerative practices, and post-harvest handling. We train, we coach, we follow up.

05

Consultancy & Sourcing

Site assessment, business case development, equipment sourcing, supplier vetting, and project advisory for commercial and donor projects.

06

After-Sales Support

Crop-cycle reviews, agronomic advisory, system maintenance, and farmer hotline support. We don't disappear after installation.

Our Story

From a JKUAT lecture hall to 500+ farms.

Vincent Kamau and Anthony Ngotho met as students at JKUAT, immersed in precision agriculture and irrigation engineering. They saw a painful truth:

"Africa doesn't lack farmers. Africa lacks modern farming systems, irrigation access, and practical knowledge."

So they built AgriVolt to fix it. What started as a two-person consultancy is now an East African agribusiness serving over 500 farmers — and growing fast.

Who we serve

Every farm, every scale, every season.

From the smallholder with a quarter-acre to the county irrigation tender — we engineer for outcomes that match the size of your ambition.

Smallholder Farmers

Affordable solar-powered irrigation kits and farmer training for farms under 5 acres. Partnered with cooperatives and county programs.

Commercial Farms

Custom-engineered irrigation and solar systems for horticulture, orchards, cereals, and cash crops. Built for ROI, designed for the long haul.

Greenhouse Growers

Turnkey greenhouse projects — structures, climate control, fertigation, and crop planning for tomato, capsicum, herbs, cucumber, and flowers.

Government & Donor

Project delivery for national irrigation programs, county initiatives, and donor-funded interventions. Tender-ready, compliance-driven, on-time.

Out-Grower Schemes

Work with off-takers, exporters, and cooperatives to deploy precision irrigation across smallholder networks — fueling sustainable supply chains.

Why AgriVolt

We don't sell pipes.
We engineer outcomes.

⚡ Solar-First by Design

We build for a Kenya powered by the sun. Every system considers energy efficiency, off-grid capability, and long-term operational cost.

🎓 JKUAT-Engineered

Founded by JKUAT-trained agricultural engineers, grounded in Kenya's strongest agricultural research tradition.

🚜 On-the-Ground

We're in the field, not the office. 500+ farmers engaged. Real projects. Real yields. Real impact.

💧 Every Drop Counts

Our systems target up to 95% water-use efficiency — turning scarcity into a competitive advantage for every farmer we serve.

🤝 Partners, Not Vendors

Training. Crop-cycle reviews. After-sales support. We measure success by your harvest, not our invoice.

🏛️ Tender-Ready

Documentation, compliance, technical rigour, and execution discipline that wins donor and government prequalifications.
